• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Flat rate fee of £12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50. Shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or weather conditions.

International Orders

We ship globally, excluding Asia and a few remote regions. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their order.

6. Returns and Refunds

• You may return most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Drylining Material and Beading & Fixing products are FINAL SALE unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
